Many countries still impose a strict embargo on tourists. There are some with relaxed rules. Some are already opened up. Due to a large number of countries, this article is limited to a few countries in continents like North America, South America, and Europe.
In North America, Canada still has an entry restriction on many foreign Nationals. They must present a COVID-19 test of not more than 72 hours before their arrival to Canada. They are also subjected to a 14-day quarantine.
Mexico has no entry restriction. However, it screens its tourists and travelers. The country also imposes a compulsory quarantine when it’s deemed fit.
